Rachel Jenkins is a driven community advocate, serving as the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce, where she focuses on promoting local businesses and economic development. She also holds the position of President of the Board for the Compassion's Foundation, working to address social welfare issues. A Leadership Magnolia graduate, Rachel is known for her leadership skills and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and dogs.

Adrienne Rushing is a dedicated supporter of the Columbia County Community. She has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Adrienne also serves as secretary of the Compassion's Foundation, board member of The Call, and a supporter of Magnolia Arts. Alongside her commitments to community service, Adrienne is involved in her faith, contributing her talents to Greers Chapel Church and SAU Wesley Foundation. Her creative spirit extends to music and theater.
