This initiative provides a platform to network, share resources, and engage in meaningful learning opportunities. By fostering collaboration, the Collective strengthens the impact of the nonprofit sector throughout Columbia County.

Lithium Industry Preparedness
As Columbia County grows alongside the emerging lithium industry, the Chamber is coordinating efforts to prepare our workforce and local systems. Through LiTHIUM WORKS and Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) training, we are aligning industry needs with workforce strategies and advocating for the use of local businesses and suppliers—ensuring economic growth is shared across the community.
